Our iridescent sustainable handles are made from 500yr old Farga olive wood burr, sourced from an organic olive farm in Tarragona. Due to the unique grain on this ancient wood no 2 handles are the same.

The sharpness of the Santoku blade allows for extremely fine slicing or chopping, which is critical in many Japanese dishes, especially sushi.
